How To Order / FAQ'S
HOW TO ORDER DETAILS
-
Select the cards and products that you like from the cards on the website. The price on the website is for the card only and does not include the printing and shipping charges which depend on the quantity of the card being ordered. Shipping cost is calculated from India to the destination country. We do not facilitate ordering online. We believe in high quality customer service and like to speak to our customers and gain an understanding of what they are looking for in order to give them the best service and products based on their requirement.
- Send us an email through the Contact us form with your requirements of number of cards, Printing details, Inserts, RSVP, Thank you cards, Table Cards, Guest book, Menu card, Gift bags or any other requirement you would have and your contact details along with the Codes of the cards you have liked. We will get back to you with the availability and total pricing of those cards usually within 24 hours. The estimate will have the breakdown price of the card, printing, shipping and add-ons cost if any.
- If you wish to view the samples of the cards you have selected, you can send us the codes of the cards with your details and we will send you the samples to view. A deposit is required for the samples and is refunded once the samples are returned. The postage for both sides will be paid by you which is domestic postage within USA.
- Once you are ready to order the cards, the proof process starts and when the proof is approved then it takes 8-10 working days for the readymade cards and 10-15 working days for the designer cards to be delivered to you. We start the printing process only when the proof is approved by you. There is no limitation to wordings or printed symbols being used.
- All BK, AMR and MCR cards are subject to availability and can be confirmed only when order is confirmed and payment is made.
- VAT or DUTY if any in your respective country is payable by yourself and we at Raniti International do not take responsibility of these charges.
PRODUCT DETAILS & GENERAL INFORMATION
- All goods are manufactured, finished and originate in India and very few at times may have minor variations and slight imperfections, but will not be defective and will be suitable to send to the guests.
- All our Invitations are made and printed in India and shipped to our clients worldwide from India. This enables us to provide you the best and latest of selection with the superior quality of work you desire. We believe in high quality customer service and work with you until you job is done. We provide services Worldwide. VAT/ DUTY if applicable in respective countries is payable by yourself.
- All our AM series cards are from our exclusive designer category and can be customized per your requirement based on availability of paper and colors.
- All the BK, AMR and MCR series are readymade cards and they can come with slight imperfections especially the cards below 60 cents. We recommend ordering a few extra cards of these series.
- We do Screen printing, Raised printing and Leaf printing depending on the card that is being selected and based on your preference.
- None of our Envelopes of the cards, RSVP, Thank you cards have a self sticking glue or sticker to seal the envelopes. You can get any of the below three options at an additional cost:
a) Golden/Silver Envelope stickers lain or with religious symbols. b) Clear plastic self sealable envelopes (you can place the complete card set inside these and hand or mail out). c) Double side tape with one side covered which can be peeled off when the envelope has to be sealed.
RETURN OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS
- For all damaged products we replace them at our cost with proof of damage for which you will have to return the damaged products/samples at your expense. However, minor marks or defects are excluded which is possible in some readymade series cards and even in other hand made designer cards for which we will be unable to honor refunds. Any damages due to courier mishandling will not be our responsibility but we do help in filing a claim with the courier company to get the maximum refund possible.
- We do not take any printed orders return, if for any reason deliveries within India are returned without printing then shipping cost and restocking fees if applicable has to be paid by customer.
PAYMENT DETAILS
- Payments within USA can be made by Check/Money order. Outside USA customers payment can be made by Money order/Credit card. We also accept payment by credit card or account payment through PayPal on our website for an additional charge of 3%.
